Commercialization of the developed technology is a prime factor for any nation and sector to retain its existence in this global economy. Day by day technological advancement touching new high various sectors like automobile aircraft industries but design efficiency achieved only when it complemented appropriate material. In list newer addition MMCs (Metal Matrix Composites) which are favorable because their lower cost cheaper reinforcement, easy processing, capabilities mass production. recent days, importance semi-solid casting has been well accepted among processing routes aluminum alloys despite many challenges terms process parameters porosity, agglomeration, non-uniform reinforcement particle distribution, low wettability, engulfment, main consideration present work. Semi-solid considered be one most important effective manufacturing processes alloy viable mechanical metallurgical properties current perspective product requirement competitiveness. A glimpse status presented, shows potential can utilized several benefits. nutshell, found that capability alteration use different scraps also have flexibility according stirring, pouring temperature, type reinforcements, etc.
